What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is highly subjective, there are several factors involved that determine price. We always offer no cost consultations. We offer a $250.00 leak repair that comes with a 1 year transferrable warranty, (1-story home; 7/12 pitch and under; up to 8 penetrations/ nail pops sealed; shingles not included.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the homeowners, assess their needs, and tailor a solution to satisfy those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 38 years experience. I worked as a carpenter's apprentice in Houston, TX in 1980. I began my own business in Atlanta in 1983. I am licensed in 3 states as a Certified Insurance Adjuster.
