Introduction: I shoot for expression and capturing moments, people as they are. No sit and say cheese here! Lighting also plays a key role in my images. I've always loved photography, something I inherited from my grandfather. I absolutely love creating lasting memories for families to last a lifetime. Memories, moments and life are fleeting, but images never fade.

We have worked with Jessica on several occasions. Our first was for family photos - which we won a free sitting fee with her. That experience was amazing! We were relaxed, had fun, Jessica captured the personalities of our kids while they played! We did have a few "staged" photos, but the best were the candids that we never knew she snapped. After that first encounter, we have been hooked! I have then had the pleasure of working with her for a clothing company. She photographs my daughter and other children showing off the clothing and products for a local company. Again, some photos are posed, but the best are the candid shots of the kids being kids. I don't know what it is, but Jessica knows exactly when to hit the shutter and capture that moment. Recently, Jessica took photos of both my children. Again, this was outside on her new "set". The kids had a blast! We all laughed, played, ran around, and just had fun. Nothing was staged, the environment was relaxed, and all the photos look natural. My absolute favorite photos is one of both of my children making the most absurd faces at Jessica! It shows their personalities and captured a moment that tells more than just "here are my kids". I recommend Jessica to everyone! She is professional, friendly, welcoming, and has a eye for photography. I cannot mention enough her gift for capturing those moments that show more than a family portrait. She captures the essence of each person. We cannot wait to work with her again!

Jessica is a BLAST to work with. She's really just a 9 year old in and adult body... kidding, but she relates so well to kids. It's no wonder she gets such great shots of them. Her website has the pictures that are worth a thousand words... I've worked with her at weddings, too. She has an uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time to get those images that make wedding albums so memorable. She is and exceptional photographer and a very kind person, not to mention dependable and very fun-loving... just look at that profile pic!

Jessica know her stuff. I highly recommend her. We have never been unhappy with her work. Our family has had family pictures made with her many times and 1 glam girl birthday photo shoot my child had a blast.

Never any hidden fee's. :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to attend about two seminars a year to continue to further my skills and keep up with industry standards.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I honestly don't remember. I took my dads camera at a very young age and never looked back. There is nothing else I've ever wanted to do, except maybe work with sharks. :)
