Noelle is simply amazing!!! She created my brand film for my photography company, Rita Coury Photography, Inc. For the film, Noelle recorded both a maternity and newborn session to complete the full journey of a wonderful family's photography experience. She attended the maternity session on location and beautifully flowed into the background so well that at times, we all forgot that she was there! The true test of a wonderful videographer is one that can record without becoming a distraction or obstacle for the family or the photographer and she was seamless in this! The family then had their newborn session in my daylight studio and Noelle attended that as well. She was a welcomed friend at that point by both myself and my clients who felt so comfortable with her there during their very special and intimate newborn session. They still bring up Noelle and how wonderful she was! I plan to hire Noelle for more important memories to be recorded and highly recommend her to all you yelpers as well as to all my clients to record your memories in motion. As a birth photographer myself, I had high expectations of how I wanted the birth of my second baby documented. Sweet Rain Media did not disappoint. Despite a lightning fast labor and delivery, Noelle arrived immediately and professionally. One of the few things that I was worried about was whether or not I would be able to keep my focus with all the extra people in my birthing space. Noelle managed to capture everything without catching my attention once. Her calm energy was a beautiful and welcomed addition. Now that our son is almost two, I find myself trying to trying to remember the details of that perfect day. With memories fleeting, I am SO thankful that all I have to do is play the video to remember my baby's first breath, the look on my husbands face, and the sound of my daughter's itty bitty voice as she became a big sister for the first time. If you are reading this Noelle, thank you for all that you do. You will never know how much this piece of art that you've created means to our family. Noelle is an amazing person. She is the type of person you want to work with when making or recording memories you will have for a lifetime. She is extremely personable and friendly while still being respectful and professional, which is a tricky balance. I was referred to Noel by another photographer/videographer who had so many great things to say about her. Which immediately made me feel good that she is well respected among her peers in industry. She helped me plan and shoot my surprise marriage proposal in Honolulu (where I have never been). She had never shot a proposal before but it didnt stop her with coming up with creative ways to make the most of our special moment. I wish I could write in here how much she helped me and how amazing the end result was but words cant do it justice. Honestly, everyone who see's the video immediately tears up. It is by far the best thing I have ever done and I am so glad that Noelle was part of it and we have the video/photo's for ever. She made it more amazing that I ever expected it could be and I will be show casing the video at my wedding reception. Be sure to shop around to get an idea of what her competitors charge before talking to her. She has EXTREMELY reasonable rates and her work is better than the majority of her competition who all charge significantly more than she does. I shopped around for 3 months before I figured out in how amazing a deal she is! I think I must have contacted almost every single videographer/photographer on the island and couple on other islands. All of that doesnt mean anything without comparing her rates to her work. Bottom line: she has some of the best work out there period! I trusted her with one of the most important days in my life and she came through for me, above and beyond anything I could have expected. She is who I trust and who you should trust too. Update: It has been several months since the proposal and we are on track for our wedding in a few short months. We posted the video on our wedding webpage and it continues to get amazing feedback from all of our future guests and is all the rage with both families. She has continued to help me even after the video was finished and the rave reviews where in. She is giving me some help picking a videographer for my wedding in my local area (or I would have her shoot that as well but due to scheduling conflicts she is unavailable) so I can get similar quality. She is above and beyond what you could even think to ask for. This seems to go on and on but its only because she does too and she deserves the credit. She made the most important day of my life amazing.

If you need a special moment in your life captured - Noelle is the person for the job. My husband and I were going to celebrate renewing our 10th wedding anniversary vows and wanted someone to capture it. By word of mouth on social media someone mentioned Noelle and I immediately reached out. She was always there to answer all of my questions via email, text, and even phone calls. She produced a wonderful video and made sure I was completely happy with the final product. Even the packaging of our product was beautiful and well thought out. We're currently working with Noelle for another special project and she has been so flexible with us on what we need. Besides being talented and hard working; she is extremely warm, down-to-earth, and kind. We're so grateful to have her apart of two very special moments in our lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer package prices for our wedding, family and business brand films, however each film is unique and deserves a custom quote so we speak with our clients about any special requests and/or budget. For event films, we offer a fixed hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive an inquiry, we like to call the person inquiring, as we feel its more personal than an email.
