"Tony is a very knowledgeable trainer, fitness and nutrition. He challenges you and pushes you to do things you never thought you could do! I learned a lot of new things all the time with Tony. He definitely practices what he preaches. He is also very accommodating to reschedule when I can't attend a workout session. The workouts aren't the same thing over and over. Typically it's specific workouts for 4-5 weeks but there's progression throughout the time you do it, then the workouts change. I like the idea that you can see the progression in the weights or reps/sets from what you first started off as. If you're looking to start working on your fitness or maybe you're already advanced and feel like you want a challenge...then I recommend Tony. He will without a doubt help you start your fitness journey if you're a beginner or give you that tough challenge, if you're more experienced!"

"I have been training with Malia for the past 6 months. Malia helped me set health goals and meet them. At first I was concerned only about the number on the scale and my jeans. Malia's training went to the core of who I was and who I wanted to be come. She was consistent and encouraging. I am succeeding beyond what I imagined when we first started. Every time we connected I was inspired to continue my journey. It became less about weight loss and more about wholeness and health. I have lost weight and I am stronger. One of the best things I have learned from Malia is that this is for the rest of my life. It wasn't typical session with just a personal trainer and nutritionist. "I have been part of many classes with Silas either participating, coaching or coaching another class along side of my class. He really strives to make sure that everyone gets it, works hard, and gets the most bang for their buck. Silas also is a WEALTH of knowledge about dietary requirements and how that would affect your overall performance. I would recommend Silas to anyone looking for a health coach or a personal coach!"

"I have been working with Dru since the beginning of February. He started by having me log my food for a week to see my daily caloric intake was then once he saw that I was eating too little and not quite healthy he upped my caloric intake and set diet goals. Once I had my diet on track I started training with him 4-5 times a week. Working with Dru has been excellent because he teaches in a fun but no BS method. He can make you laugh but when it's time to DO WORK he's all business. He is straight forward in telling you, you have to put the effort in and how important your diet is outside of training. When he describes an exercise he does in a way that you can understand how the body and the specific muscle works. This allowed me to isolate that muscle for the best results. I highly recommend Dru as a personal trainer because I know he will get you the results you aspire to have."

"January 07, 2016 Venice, Florida Suffering from shoulder pain and weakness I observed David Langfelder helping a follow shoulder sufferer. I liked his approach and problem understanding and felt this is the trainer for me. Dave's personal focus on the weakened areas and methodical training in stretching and strengthening, has relieved my pain and strengthened my shoulders and conditioned my whole body as well. Dave stresses technique and form for the correct development of troubled areas. I highly recommend Dave to anyone in need of medical rehab for a lasting recovery. "I've been working with Hodge for about a year now and I can say that since the initial email he always responds consistently and in a timely manner.
