- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always spent quite a bit of time in the gym. I had also helped others train, because people would always come up to me and ask me questions. People always told me how great I was and said I should become a personal trainer. A few years ago did!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do many things right now. I teach a aqua class three times, a yoga class once, a class labeled extreme three times, and work with a junior tennis team three times a week. I also have several personal and small group trainings 15+ times a week. They range from athletes wanting to improve their game to people wanting to lose weight to seniors wanting to gain bone density and balance.
