Introduction: I not only preach it, I live it! I put in hard work to be the best I can be. Anything I ask you to do, I will be able to do. It makes it much easier to do something you may consider extreme at first, if you can see someone else do it. I also relate the movements to real life and why it is important for them to be done! I love helping people and helping them to improve and reach their goals! I work with kids down to 4 and seniors up to 94. I love all the stories and sings of improvement. From kids getting faster, more coordinated, and stronger, to seniors getting more flexibility, balance, and strength.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I had always spent quite a bit of time in the gym. I had also helped others train, because people would always come up to me and ask me questions. People always told me how great I was and said I should become a personal trainer. A few years ago did!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do many things right now. I teach a aqua class three times, a yoga class once, a class labeled extreme three times, and work with a junior tennis team three times a week. I also have several personal and small group trainings 15+ times a week. They range from athletes wanting to improve their game to people wanting to lose weight to seniors wanting to gain bone density and balance.
