Introduction: Quality is our goal and a satisfied customer is our guarantee, no matter what we do. We offer both handyman and cleaning services. Started the cleaning and maintenance business in 2013 with over 2500 cleaning and handyman jobs completed since then. We currently service 20 Airbnb units 7 days a week as well as a real estate portfolio of over 100 units. Our main focus is always a happy customer. We aim to please and warranty our work 100% of the time. There's no job too big or too small for us. We can do anything from simple residential jobs to large scale commercial jobs. We are a FULLY INSURED COMPANY. We also work closely with a fully licensed company for any jobs requiring licenses and permitting including full scale commercial build outs and residential builds from start to finish.

The team did a VERY professional job installing a prefab closet kit purchased from Lowe’s. I recruited them after assembling the closet and realizing I would not be able to complete the project on my own as intended. With half the work being done I thought it would be a quick job to, and so did the team. I overheard them talk amongst each other saying they’d be done in less than an hour. Well 3.5 hours later.... and it looks great, truly, but the labor to install cost me more than the (higher end) closet itself. I’m still rating them 4 stars because their end work, communication and easy going attitude throughout was great. I just wish I would have paid for Lowe’s to install as it would have been far cheaper and same quality of work.

Very happy with the work done by Ann. The condo is 50 years old and the only refurbishment done in that time is bamboo flooring, new oven (6 years ago) and washing machine, so not an easy task to make it look sparkly new! The ladies did a fabulous job with what they had to work with! Oh, and the electricity went off after they had only finished one room!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $65/hr for handyman services and $45/hr for cleaning services per cleaner. We offer discounts for weekly and monthly cleanings. We are also happy to provide free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always happy to check out the job prior to any work at no charge. Once price is agreed on we can schedule a day and time for the actual work to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Realtor of 15 years I have been dealing with repairs and cleaning since 2005. I have seen everything from hoarders to bed bed bugs and we can address it all for you.
