Latest Review: I had a 90-min sports massage a few hours after doing my first 10K. Having had arthroscopic shoulder surgery 3 months earlier and plantar fasciitis, I only expected the massage to help with muscle soreness. I was wrong. My massage therapist (Tom) not only addressed all the soreness but even relieved the pain and stiffness I was feeling in my shoulder. I felt so rejuvenated that I couldn't believe I just ran a 10K! I definitely believe massages like this will be part of my weekly routine.

Latest Review: A rare find and gifted masseuse who has the gift of the touch, which you can never learn or being taught irrelevant of how many massage techniques you may study you either have it, or you don't. Zahava she is intuitive her hands are magical; she is generous with her time and gives a lot of herself not a sleeper on the job. I have been massaged by thousands of masseurs in my lifetime, but Zahava is a keeper; I felt great ever since her massage. Looking forward to becoming a regular patient of her. I highly recommend Zahava to anyone in need of a therapeutic healing massage. Dr. Richard integrative physician.

Latest Review: I had not had a massage in quite a while, and my session with Liz reminded me of the awesome benefits of deep tissue massage! Liz is an experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist with a warm easygoing presence. (the heated massage table at the Eaton Square office was also a luxurious, relaxing benefit!)

Latest Review: About fifteen years ago I was afraid my running, biking, and swimming would soon come to an end because of chronic shoulder, back, and sciatic pain. At times it had gotten so bad that I could hardly walk without extreme pain. Chiropractic provided no solution. I had met Brenda at earlier triathlons and knew she was a massage therapist. With all other efforts failing, I decided to go to her for help. Thanks in great part to Brenda, I have since been in more than 100 races. With Brenda you may not even have to tell her where you are having problems. She will find them and fix them as best she can with her gift, her knowledge, and her experience as a triathlete. She is an expert diagnostician. If your problems could also benefit from chiropractic, acupuncture, or other therapies, she can refer you to proven experts in those areas.
