I am sure I will back to him for future jobs for my unit. 1) Speed: Team completed comprehensive paint and tile flooring job for studio (310 soft) in 5 days. My properly manager told me that I should assume it is 2 weeks job in Hawaii in general. 2) Outstanding quality: Careful and detail work for flooring and paint. As remote owner, I asked properly manager to review the finish. She said "This is definitely successful project!" 3) Smooth communication: As remote project, communication is key to run project. Stephen helped us with a kitchen faucet installation that turned out to be a bit of a trouble. But he handled it like a pro. Also with a toilet problem, surfboard rack installation, and a towel bar adjustment. Very nice and friendly and all for a reasonable price.
