"Silas is just a mine gold! I don’t even know where to start this review.... Silas has coached me for nutrition. I am a crossfitter, and iver 40. I am pretty active and I needed someone to help me fine tuning my eating habits in order to turn cals into fuel. silas was the perfect person for that job.
Silas would send me random messages during the week to check on me and we would meet once a week via skype. He always answered all of my questions and I even asked him to do some research for me on mushroom coffee, and he did. He is genuinely caring, passionate for one’s health and nutrition. You can’t fake that! He listened to me and never gave me a random template to follow to the T. You know, these sorts of template one fits all. Everything he researched or advised me to eat, along with the quantities, were according to me, my goals, my training, my weaknesses, my life, my social events. I am a sucker for cheese, and we worked with it. Another thing I absolutly LOVE about Silas: he is chill and non judgmental. He never once made me feel bad, even when I ate too much cheese or had to much beer. We talked about it, we compromised and solved a problem together.
Lastly, but most importantly, Silas is super knowledgeable. He reads the latest research and he stays on top in his field. That is important too cause research is constantly evolving. When nutritionists don t stay on top, they still may tell you that eggs are bad for your cholesterol and blah blah blah.
What else can I say... I just love the guy!
Oh and one more thing: Silas talks the talk and walks the walk. He is not just preaching good nutrition, good health, good life. He LIVES it!"
