Mark was very professional and was able to get our junk removal and landscaping done quickly! We had one of our rental properties that needed its contents removed after tenants moved out. Mark and his crew came in within 48 hours and had the property cleared out. We later negotiated him to clean up the landscaping by mowing, trimming bushes and putting in new pavers and plants.

I found Cindy to be very knowledgable, professional,personable. She helped me find suitable tenants for my home in Hawaiai. She took the stress out of the process as I had confidence in her and always found someone in just weeks. She let me know what was happening each step along the way. She came to my home and explained everything to me, going out of her way with explaining the laws, taxes etc in Hawaii, hints on how to appeal to prospective tenants etc. all the dos and donts. I was so relieved to have found her and her services in this field, and could find nothing to fault her in my dealings along the way and the process itself. She was always quickly available if I needed answers etc after the process was complete also. I was never shunted to someone else if I had questions, but always dealt with her directly. I have complete trust in the co. and recommend her highly.

I have been working with Mary McClafin Sakuma Realty Inc. For some time now. Mary's business activities are in property management of a vacation rental i own at the Palms at Waikiki. She does all the property management duties in a professional manner and has communicated with me to update me on all bookings and statements from the rental, i have found Mary to be a honest and trustworthy business person. Mary is very fair in all her dealings and her financial integrity is always shown in her working with clients and owners. I would recommend Mary as a conscientious property manager for any owner. Conflicted about leaving this review. I was so impressed in the beginning, but now concerned with leaving my property in this company's hands. Communication was great in the beginning, but Brent has been unreachable by phone or email since 16 July. I have no idea if there's been any progress in renting out my condo and I'm about to leave Hawaii. If you're living out of state, a property manager who's reachable and responsive is a must. Otherwise, it leaves you feeling completely vulnerable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company. Willing to amend this review if remedied.
