I'm glad I met Ben when I did because without him I wouldn't have ever conquered my fear of going to the gym. Lifting weights was a completely new thing to me, but Ben has shown and educated me a lot so far since I began training with him. I also got 1-on-1 nutritional advice and knowledge of what to eat and what not to eat. He's also former military which makes scheduling easy to deal with as my schedule changes a lot. If you want to achieve your fitness goals, look no further as Ben is the guy that has the ability to push you beyond what you thought you are capable of.
I have been working with Dru since the beginning of February. He started by having me log my food for a week to see my daily caloric intake was then once he saw that I was eating too little and not quite healthy he upped my caloric intake and set diet goals. Once I had my diet on track I started training with him 4-5 times a week. Working with Dru has been excellent because he teaches in a fun but no BS method. He can make you laugh but when it's time to DO WORK he's all business. He is straight forward in telling you, you have to put the effort in and how important your diet is outside of training. When he describes an exercise he does in a way that you can understand how the body and the specific muscle works. This allowed me to isolate that muscle for the best results. I highly recommend Dru as a personal trainer because I know he will get you the results you aspire to have.

January 07, 2016 Venice, Florida Suffering from shoulder pain and weakness I observed David Langfelder helping a follow shoulder sufferer. I liked his approach and problem understanding and felt this is the trainer for me. Dave's personal focus on the weakened areas and methodical training in stretching and strengthening, has relieved my pain and strengthened my shoulders and conditioned my whole body as well. Dave stresses technique and form for the correct development of troubled areas. I highly recommend Dave to anyone in need of medical rehab for a lasting recovery. Fitness is a passion for Cathleen and it's infectious. She is well educated in the human body and keeps up with the latest in physio and nutritional research. She knows the difference between urban folklore and hard science and uses her knowledge to craft an effective program for YOU. She does not use a cookie cutter approach where a trainer just uses your age and weight then looks up a stock program on a computer. She pays attention to your goals, habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. She has used her knowledge to help me understand how to work out utilizing proper form so that injuries do not occur. She is always encouraging me to push myself to do that one more rep even when I think I can't. She makes the sessions fun, challenging, and never boring. I always look forward to my training sessions. In the one short month I have trained with Cathleen I can really feel the improvement. You're missing out if you're not training with Cathleen.
Bootie Camp is super fun and is guaranteed to make you go, "what was I thinking!?!" I definitely burned some serious calories. And for those who feel intimidated by the intensity of typical boot camps, Bootie Camp is different as the instructor has a variety of different workouts for people at all levels. Try it; you will wonder why you waited so long.
I love swimming with fins and i did a lot of free style with the habit of only breathing on one side. I suddently got my left shoulder frozen. I decided to train with a coach that would know exactly how to help me recover complete range of motion so i can move and swim again. I started to learn how to stretch and work with elastic bands and light weights to regain flexibility and strength. And then i progressed toward kettle bell and TRX training. Carson has the gift to listen and understand your needs and being very grounded and perfectionnist, he would go the extra mile to give you the workout that suits you! My shoulder completely recovered and i can swim both sides now. He also made me aware of tightness in my neck and right shoulder slightly more elevated while carring my purse! Carson tought me also how to squat properly and my right knee is no longer cracking... Professional, caring, genuine and straighforward! It's extemely rare nowadays! He wanted me to be able to continue on my own that training so i can swim without injuring myself again. I feel much stronger now. I also liked the combination of pilates and yoga to strenghten my core. And training with my own body weight with the TRX and kettle bell was a fantastic way to gain balance, strength and mobility. Carson obviously loves people and wants you to feel good about yourself and succeed! I can't thank him enough! You have your perfect trainer right there:))
What can I say, other than Christine is the best trainer on island. Christine is attentive to your mental and physical well being and actually adjusts your workouts to fit your needs for that day. This is a skill that you cannot find in just any trainer. I feel like I have her full attention to our training time and that this is money well spent. Christine will push you, but knows when you need a little break. After 3 months with Christine and her coaching on food intake and working out, I feel 10 years younger. My work schedule is crazy and I needed someone flexible. Also, someone pleasant I want to see at the end of my busy work day. The thought of paying someone to exercise me sounded crazy. But, I would not be in this great shape, in this short time without her. Christine thank you :)
