- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we do a thorough discovery questionnaire followed by a scheduled discovery call/zoom, or in person meeting to ensure we understand the customers needs and are the right fit for the customers project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in continuous education. We primarily work with business/corporate clients, that said we have formal degrees & certifications in business and marketing. We are also certified in both basic and multi-camera media production with ‘Ōlelo Community Media. Oahu's nonprofit community Public Education, and Government (PEG) access provider.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for education, entrepreneurship, and multi-media equipment and decided to put them all together to fill what I believe to be a void in the marketplace with first class customer service and a premium end product.
