- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to do an estimate before giving a quote. Normally we charge by the job, rather than hourly. We educate our customers about the service they will receive prior to any work being done so they know exactly what they are getting and why it is necessary. Our customers are very appreciative of our upfront approach.
