As Jason Nagashima was recommended to me by a tile supplier, I asked Jason for a proposal for removing and replacing the tile in our guest bathroom. We selected Jason since he was able to do all of the work involved and he had the lowest price. It proved to be a wise decision as Jason and his assistants undertook and completed the work as scheduled and at a high level of quality in spite of encountering some unanticipated difficulties. Since then, Jason has completed the tile work on two of our other bathrooms to our complete satisfaction. Jason and his assistants communicate clearly, show-up as promised, work diligently until the work is completed, keep the work area clean, coordinate their work with others involved, are flexible to accommodate changes and unexpected conditions with cost effective solutions and are respectful of our needs. I have recommended Jason to others who are pleased with Jason's work. As I have been involved in building construction for nearly 50 years, I am picky about high quality work, meeting time schedules, fair pricing and timely communications.

Jason and his team were amazing! They completed the project quickly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Even when I asked for a few more things to be done after he started, he gladly added the new requests to the list. Most importantly, he goes to great lengths to make sure the job is done properly, without cutting corners. The workmanship was excellent, and I do not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family. Give him a try - you will be impressed!

Jason has completed several jobs for my family including retiling main house (leveled uneven flooring) and custom bath (with beautiful cutout shelf). He did a great job on all! We have an old house so there were issues that came up but he took care of them thoughtfully. Most recently his crew tiled two bedrooms for us on a rush basis (due to water damage). We are very happy with the flooring. He returns emails promptly, provides an estimate quickly and gets the job done. A bonus is that he is a very nice and interesting guy!

Demo and replaced master bath room floor tile. CTD Inc did a really superior job. The floor looks fantastic...
