Honestly, I think I had the best massage in my life!!! (And I had lived in Thailand where I was getting massages almost every day!) Jay was very professional and very good about his COVID protocol. I told him that I’ve been having lower back and neck pain (I have a 16 months old, so I’m pretty much having chronic lower back and neck issues now). Jay worked my back and neck so thorough and so deep that I had to breathe deeply through it but that’s what I asked for. He also worked the rest of my body with deep tissue massage, especially it felt amazing to receive deep tissue massage on my feet. He had all the stagnation in my body moving, so when he got to my head I even felt light headed and could feel the blood moving. When he finished, I felt like I needed some extra time to get back to normal clear head, that’s how good and profound the massage was! I am so grateful to have found him! Thank you, Jay! I’ll be back!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided I wanted to work in healing modalities once more in a different method other than teaching yoga exclusively. I thought massage therapy could be a different avenue in helping people more one on one that I might have a knack for since I have a decent understanding of the body and personally have worked through a lot of my own physical pain & tension ultimately to come out the other end.
