Introduction: We clean from the top to the bottom, things that other companies miss or charge extra for, we are sure to clean. Underneath all appliances, bugs in the light fixtures, fans, ect. For a deep clean, or a move out cleaning we clean all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) are cleaned inside and out, that is included in our quote, NO extra fee's. All accessible windows and screens are done too. Again NO extra fees. That every job is different, no cleaning is the same, and meeting new people and faces along the way.

Kary has worked for us for over a year; cleaning and doing light maintenance to our vacation rental. He cleans the condo about 3-4 times a month. He and his crew do excellent work and have never failed to exceed expectations. Our guest frequently comment on the cleanliness of the condo. We are very pleased with his work ethic, timeliness and willingness to do a thorough job. His rates are the best in western Oahu and possibly the whole island. Island Cleaning and Maintenance did a great job cleaning and working around our crazy schedule. We were PCSing, and were trying to get all of our stuff out and on the road to the airport, but they worked around one stressed pregnant woman, two barking dogs, and a very stressed cat. Thank you guys!
