Mega-Load Burgers

Introduction: I would like to highlight upfront that Mega-Load Burgers is more than just burgers; before we branched off into Mega-Load Burgers, we were focused on Cristina's Catering. Chef Cristina received her culinary training through Gros Bonnet Culinary Academy and also works in Honolulu coordinating catering events and assisting with food preparation. She has done private catering events for weddings and military functions. She participated in Ko'Olina Crab Fest, Eat the Streets and Honolulu Night Market events, the Pan Pacific Festival, Turtle Bay Fourth of July and the Korean Festival. She also locally participated in fund-raising events with Mililani, Leilehua, Waialua, and Radford High School, and Ka'kaako Nite Run. Upcoming events include Street Grindz Kewalo, Eat the Streets Ewa, and the Great Hawaiian Food Truck Festival. We can expand the menu to meet your feeding requirements and if you prefer, we can put together a custom menu based off your request.
