- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with however the customers would like. Majority of our estimates are with material and labor. We also always ask for 50% of the grand total to begin the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to check out what the customers need done. Once that is done, we contact the customer with pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with any types of customers, no matter the language barrier.
