- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I follow the standard billing and bidding norms for each area required and would consider my quotes as honest to the letter as anyone in my field. I'm not out to take money for jobs not completed to owners satifaction
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take their first impression of me as my chance to establish my professionalism, through my greeting, profolio, and references.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under 4 different unions locals, 43 laborers, 89 Ironworkers, 182 Roofers, 308 Carpenters, along with residential contractors, Lang. Const. Com., Eastern Iowa Const., Advance Builders, and Klieman Const.I also have a degree in skilled trades and Construction Management, and am working on an additional degree in Architecture Design.
