- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do discounts for our veterans as they have fought for our freedom and kept us safe. We don't do discounts other than that we have a fee which is only if you live more than 30 miles and that is for drive time. If you are needing more equipment there is a charge for the rental fee as well. There is a 150$ deposit that is not refundable just in case you decide to cancel on the event and reschedule the deposit will be required again. If you are needing to reschedule due to weather or family emergency then the deposit will be transferred over to the new date. This is only allowed 1 time only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the party at least 3 times just to go over schedule and what they need me to do to make there party amazing and to go over any last minute changes
