FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer upfront standard pricing. All jobs are completed with a flat rate price and not done by the hour. We find this to be the most cost effective solution for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a typical smaller project we charge $59 to cover the cost of the electrician to go to an onsite inspection were the work will take place. This covers his time to travel there and walk the entire project with the customer. We like view the project and provide the customer with an cost effective solution and possible alternative solutions when available right there on site of the project. In most cases we can even complete the work at that same time. We always quote the exact cost to the customer before the work begins. This way the customer can make the choice on what they would like to have done and not get a surprise bill at the end like other contractors sometimes do. We work by the job not the hour. This is usually the most cost effective way to help our customers. When the job is completed the electrician will clean up the project area and take the time to walk the customer through the job and explain everything that was done and answer any questions if needed.
