I haven't bought a computer in over 10 years, so I was pretty far behind on what to look for in a new setup. I was looking for a gaming rig that wouldn't need to be upgraded anytime soon, and was a little overwhelmed. After shopping around between Best Buy, Wal Mart, Alienware etc. I had concluded that building a computer would be my best option to keep price down. This is where I ran across Ascended Electronics. Not only do they have a number of builds to choose from, but are more than happy to sit down and talk about what exactly you need in your new PC and build something from scratch. Dallas, the owner, certainly knows his stuff! I got exactly what I needed: A PC that blows away anything that big stores have collecting dust on their shelves, and a pretty killer monitor/keyboard/mouse combo. This guy stands behind anything that he sells, so if something goes wrong (which it won't, because he does it right the first time) he's local and available to answer questions or take a look if need be. If something goes wrong with a regular store-bought PC from the aforementioned places, you can expect to box it up and ship it off for a couple weeks. No thanks. If you're on the fence about Ascended Electronics, don't be. Pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed.

My PC wasn't rebooting and I couldn't fix it from home. I messaged Ascended Electronics at 1am and within 5 minutes I was responded back to. I was on a time crunch to get it fixed since I'm moving, and to my surprise he was done and all fixed with me within 2 hours. You will not find a better place for all your PC needs and help than here. Lowest rate in town to boot. They got a lifetime customer out of me, and If you give them a shot, I'd bet you'll become one too.

Got a laptop from here and wow he can do some work had it all updatedand even tuned the bios in house thing is crazy fast. I wouldn't by from anywhere else. I'll be back for an upgrade

I can not recommend Ascended Electronics enough. I ran into some trouble while building my first PC and needed professional help to fix my issue. I was scared that during the installation of my parts I shorted out my motherboard and so I reached out to Ascended Electronics via text. They responded immediately with their tech support, but unfortunately I still couldnt fix my issue on my own. That being said, I desperately needed help and they made time to see me that same day (Sunday afternoon) to help me troubleshoot my issue and build my PC. Less than to hours later, my PC was built and fully operational. They answered every question I had and I became more confident in my build and more educated about PCs in general. Great service with amazing expertise. Extremely affordable as well, I will be recommending all my friends to this location for any PC concerns. Thank you for the awesome experience.
