- What types of customers have you worked with?
I develop custom websites which I maintain. I also develop websites which the client, or their employee can maintain. Then, I train them so they have the tools, knowledge and confidence to keep the website going. It all depends on the needs and budget of the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I tell them that if they're looking for a web designer, they should put together an outline of the content and functionality they want. This outline will enable me and other web designers to create a proposal and cost estimate. I provide them with a lot of other advice too.
