Andrew is a great personal trainer! I hadn't worked out in awhile, and he started out at my comfort level, and slowly started increasing the intensity of the workouts. I can now do things I never thought I would be able to do. He has reignited my passion for working out, thanks Andrew!

Show and tell fitness has great workouts that are tailored to you. It is an great experience because the trainer is motivating and hands on throughout the whole workout. Dre has also been very flexible working with my work schedule when something has came up and I wasn't able to make it to my scheduled time. Let's not forget the great workouts has my body hurting but, I feel great and have fun while working out.
Amanda is incredibly motivating and dedicated to helping others succeed in their health and wellness journey. She has a wonderful combination of pushing you past what you think are your limits, while not making you feel uncomfortable, and remaining supportive and encouraging along the way. Let's face it- a personal trainer is a luxury! Bring them to your home or gym and it's another level up! Johnny is the best! He has taught me soo much about how to train the right way for my goals. He's creative, knowledgeable and a really fun guy! I've been with him for a month and am seeing the results already in my shape and strength.

Jim is an awesome personal trainer. Jim keeps his group classes small so you still get one on one personal training at a group rate. I never leave a class feeling like I didn't get a good workout. He is always adding new things to class to you never get board. I have lost over 30 lbs while still gaining muscle! I feel so much better and have no intentions of stopping now. I have no doubt that I will hit my goal working with Jim's Fitness & Nutrition.
I haven't had a total body workout with the quickest results ever. I wanted to increase muscle strength and my body is much stronger all over not just in a few areas like some workout programs. Very well balanced workout, no muscle is left un-worked...;-)
Logan is an excellent personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and punctual. He has worked with me for a few years and I have become stronger and more flexible since working with him. Also, he has had to tailor the workouts for some injuries that I have had and he makes sure I am doing them correctly, so I don't hurt myself. Although the workouts are tough, he makes it fun too. I would recommend him to anyone.
I started training with Becky in February, and it's proved to be the best decision! She is attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, she proves that she cares about my results. She gets as excited as I do when I can see a new muscle or some other progress. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
MinDee has been my trainer for a little over a year. Her encouragement and support has not only helped me shed pounds, but I have never felt better! I was pretty pathetic when I started, but MinDee gave me the appropriate accommodations so I could learn the cross fit moves correctly and still get a quality workout. The only time I entered a gym was to either play or watch a sport. My health changed that. When I first started going to a gym, I designed my own workout regime. But my triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure remained high. My self-designed regime only got me sore and tired. I knew I needed to drastically reduce these numbers and to lose weight. I modified my diet and was taking all the right medication so I knew the key was exercise. I needed a workout regime and I didnt want to get hurt by using improper techniques or overextending myself. Cue the personal trainer. Kelly was friendly, reliable, flexible, observant and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable in the gym and not stupid because it took me a while to learn the proper techniques involving my workout program. She integrated cardio, core and resistance training into a workout program that pushed and challenged me on a daily basis. This program gets tweaked periodically to keep me from reaching a plateau and to keep the gym interesting and challenging. In six months, I lost 18 pounds and seven percent body fat. I went from a size 38 waist to a 34 waist. But more importantly, my cholesterol, triglyceride and blood pressure numbers were off the charts phenomenal. I attribute this to Kelly. I could never of achieved these results without her encouragement and expertise. I am in the best shape of my life and am lifting more weight than I ever thought possible. In six months! I feel a sense of achievement every time I leave the gym.

I came to Joel wanting to improve my self-defense skills, as I felt that it was needed for future traveling abroad plans or to generally feel more confident when it comes to protecting myself. He eased myself into the field of martial arts to the point where I started to have a passion for it as a possible sport. There was never a session with him that seemed pointless because he taught me so much about technique, proper stance, and even showed me some body-conditioning exercises as a way to improve the power of my punches and kicks. He also went the extra mile as a coach and gave me tips on proper nutrition and made some suggestions on natural supplements that I could use to improve my health. I always looked forward to my session with Joel as he wasn't only a good trainer but a great friend as well. We would talk about how life was going, movies that were out, and laughed at eachothers' humor here and there while doing some drills. We're both Batman fans, so at our last session we wore our Batman t-shirts as a way to celebrate. :-) All of this made sessions with him completely worth it. As of right now, we still keep tabs on each other as I'm now taking classes with other instructors at the same gym he trained me at. Honestly, it felt so foreign for me to go to the gym afterwards without going to him to train. I felt so comfortable with him but I knew that he wanted me to explore other opportunities that the gym could offer and felt that I was ready to advance as a fighter. He became my foundation to pursue martial arts in ways that I never could've imagined. I'm building more strength and confidence in myself because of him and highly, highly recommend him.
Bobbi is very knowledeable and able to breakdown workouts into easy steps to follow. She also has alternatives to different excercises to get the same result but in ways that each individual can do at the level of experience that they are at. She is very enouraging and supportive too. Exercising and workouts can be intimidating for us beginners but she really knows how to put you at ease and make the workouts fun!! Regular training sessions twice a week. Fantastic training plans and good form coaching. Jesse is an excellent trainer and follows natural health and fitness techniques. I would highly recommend her if your looking for a personalized and specific training.
I have worked out at multiple gyms, and with multiple different trainers over the years. I must say, my experience with Lance and Real Fit has been unmatched! Not only have I seen results, but for the first time, I am truly excited to go to the gym! The workouts are completely catered to me, and what my body needs. Not to mention, they're fun, and I feel myself getting stronger! In the past, it was difficult for me to find a personal trainer that didn't make me feel judged or unknowledgeable. That is NOT the case with Lance & Real Fit. Even though I felt like a beginner, I was never treated like one. I was never made to feel stupid or out of my element, even though I had not been at the gym for a year prior to starting with Lance. If you want to train with someone who is highly knowledgeable, motivational, fun, and non judgemental, this is the place to be! I would be very comfortable recommending personal training from Lance and Real Fit to strangers as well as those that I know and love!
