My 8 year old son has gone to Steve for over a year now. Jayden absolutely loves going to guitar practice! He has a great level of patience and knowledge and is an incredible guitar player and teacher. My husband goes weekly with Jayden and has learned quite a bit himself while watching. Highly recommend him to adults and kids.

Steve is one of the best guitarists you will ever hear. After playing with him in a cover band years a go, I moved from Peoria, Illinois to Los Angeles and have since heard and payed with possibly hundreds of musicians and he continues to standout as one of my top my guitarists ever. He is a workhorse and is always prepared. His excellent ear is only matched by his technical proficiency and knowledge of traditional guitar scales. Beyond that Steve is an awesome human being: kind, bright, and funny.

Steve is a awesome instructor. I've been playing for many years as a rhythm guitarist. I went to Steve to learn lead and the lead scales. Not only is knowledge of the scales amazing his ability to teach them to you is awesome. We all learn things different Steve is able to focus on your strong points and help in your weaker areas. When I went to Steve I had 3 weeks to learn lead on 5 songs and perform them in front of about 3 thousand people. With the grace of God and a instructor like Steve I pulled it off ..
