Pricing based on distance, duration and equipment needed.

Getting to know them and understand them. It makes life much easier when two parties are on the same page. It makes my work easier and the customer that much more happy. Once I understand what is desired I follow up with many ideas and resources before starting the task. Keeping communication constantly so that way we can avoid error. The more information I have the fast I can work.

Bachelors in Visual Communication at a University in Schaumburg, IL. Masters in management (which covers a lot of customer service). Worked in production and Theater for 7yrs. Owned a multimedia business for 6yrs
