- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For an event longer than 2 hours, I will require a down payment. For weddings, the down payment is always $250. For engagements, a 20% down payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For engagements, after communicating through email for details, meet at a coffee shop to get to know each other, start with some photos inside sitting down and being able to do something with your hands/focus on. Then we would move to a secondary location outside. For weddings, after communicating through email, we would meet before the wedding to finalize details and complete a down payment of $250. The day of, I will arrive early to meet with you and your immediate family and set up, then capture the day!

My Brother-in-law asked me to be apart of the proposal and then the engagement photos.
