Karlyn is my personal trainer getting me ready for my upcoming wedding and she's absolutely terrific. She writes a workout for me and then we work it out together 3-4 days a week. Michael, what can I say? If you're reading this reference then don't look any further than Mike. I'm an endurance athlete who has worked with many trainers around the world. I found Mike's approach to health and fitness is second to none. He always keeps it interesting and challenging. He really cares about your goals and has a holistic approach to fitness; whether it's injury prevention, recovery or general fitness Mike's knowledge is incredible. You know what else? He's a really great guy. Fun to train with and makes you actually want to turn up and push through those hard sessions. I could not recommend Mike more highly.
Kyle personalizes your training to help you achieve your goals. If you are willing to commit to fitness and follow the training program he designs, then you will be more than satisfied with how much you will grow and learn. It may be hard to believe that you can receive more beneficial instruction from an on-line program than in-person, but it is true! Kyle goes above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy with his instruction. You are able to workout whenever is best for your schedule and his feedback is amazing. My main advice is to take advantage of Kyle's expertise by filming yourself right from the beginning. It has helped me improve my form immensely. This program is right for you if you are serious about getting fit and committed. No one is going to force you to follow his plan, so you need to be self-motivated. Kyle's feedback and your results will keep you motived and excited to workout.
Mason is a wonderful personal trainer. Before training with Mason, I was an athlete and never had to work out on my own before. And working out with him he has given me a routine I can stick to on my own, and that don't take a lot of time with my busy schedule. He makes workouts personal and exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend. Anyone looking for a great workout should definitely work out with him, you wont regret it!
