    I needed someone to come and clean out all the junk I had accumulated in my garage from cleaning out my basement. Cody wasthe first person to respond. He was able to come the very next day and get it done. He arrived before schedule, which was great. He was super nice and friendly. He was able to get my garage cleaned out in no time at all! He even swept it out afterward without me asking him to. He also grabbed a few extra things I asked him to grab on the way out. It was a great experience all around. I would definitely use him again!

    He cleaned up a mess of tree branches, plastic, metal, wood and other trash from the alley behind our house. As he began the job he discovered it was much more than he anticipated. We talked it over and he did a great job. What he couldn't do was because of the mix of brick, cement, and other stuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We'll use him again if we need that type of work done.

    Cody was awesome!Move from 3rd floor. 2 bedroom apartment to a 40 min away house. 3 hours 15 mins. 90 degrees and high humidity. They didn't stop! Very courteous and very friendly! Was money well spent! Would recommend for any move!

    I am a hard to please person by nature, but can only give the highest commendations to Cody: professional, respectful, efficient, timely.............I am totally satisfied; the job was completed as promised without any incidents!!!! (all said in light of unexpected 30 degree weather and 'SNOW' in May!!!), which required extra diligence in moving/hauling!

    My mother passed away and left a complete house of over 50 years of furniture and belongings. My sisters and I all live out of state and relied upon Cody and crew to clear and clean the house. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We provide junk removal such as old debris laying around the customers house, or simply cleaning out a property that has been vacant and the previous owner/tenant left there belongings.
We provide full service moving to all of your customers. Anything you might needs, we will make it happen for you in a safe, and within your budget.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We had a family whose mother passed away and they lived out of state, they contacted us to go in and do a total clean-out of the home and sanitize the home and prepare it to be put on the market. We saved all items that were of personal value for the family.

We hauled of drywall and flooring from a house remodel that a family had done that was sitting in their driveway that needed to be removed. We also ended up taking old items that were sitting in their garage that needed to be thrown away for spring clean-up.

We did a complete move for a family of four. We moved their 4 bedroom house from Ankeny to Granger. We provided two men for the labor and all supplies, moving blankets, furniture movers/dollies, stretch wrap and tools on site to help put their beds and tables back together. The family left outstanding reviews.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out from others because we have been in business for several years now. We are professional and reliable, but most of all we are on time. We value our customers and we know their time is very important to them and we take that very seriously. Our hours of operation are flexible and are based off of our customers schedule. We go above and beyond for your customers.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What we like most about our job is helping others in the community. Not only are we helping out our fellow neighbors and community members, but we are collecting trash and disposing of it properly. All items that we pick up are distributed in many different ways, such as, recycled, donated, and then taken to the landfill. No items are illegally dumped. We are cleaning our communities up!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers commonly Ask, "Are you Insured?" Our answer is absolutely. We offer to have our insurance company send them a copy of our insurance to them directly.

Customers also ask, when we can get the job done. We like to be able to complete the job the same day or within 24 hours of them calling and scheduling with us.
