We are a small cleaning company that will give you the attention that a small business should. The owner will personally sit down with the client during the initial visit to customize a personal cleaning plan that works for the homeowner.
We get much satisfaction in pleasing our clients. All of our staff works hard at cleaning well so our clients are completely satisfied. I love it when a client feels like a load has been lifted off their shoulders after their house is clean.

Tried calling to set something up and the person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all! They wanted to know when we could set up a consultation. I asked about weekends and after being put on hold was told weekends were not good right now because they are so busy. They said evenings would be better. So I said okay. Then they told me weekends weren't good as they are super busy right now. But they said any time between 830a-3p during the week would be okay. I said that wouldn't work. Their only solution was that I could have someone else do the consultation but it wouldn't be accurate because they don't know what they are doing. Not once did they mention a time when they were available. I would have been more than willing to be patient and wait a few weeks for someone to come out durin a time I was available. Maybe they shouldn't offer weekend and evening hours on their website if it is not really an option. They did not seem to care about getting a new customer. I can't comment on their cleaning ability. But their initial customer service definitely tells me they probably wouldn't do a good job in the end. Buyer beware!!

I am the owner of the business and I am very sorry you had this experience. It is definetly not how we run our business. We always make a point to work with our customers schedule and not ours. I see back when you posted this was in October and I know exactly what happened. Our former manager was most likely the one that spoke with you. she no longer works for us for that exact reason. She never made an effort to go above and beyond which we always do now. So I am sorry this happened and hope you will give us another try and would offer you , Morgan B. half off cleaning to try us again.
