Central Iowa PM has been great for my small rental business. Chris has done an outstanding job in pretty much all aspects of management for my properties. This services have paid for themselves through rent increases as well. As a small do everything my self, landlord having PMI of Central Iowa on my side has allowed me to really get some breathing room and make more money. Just excellent so far.
