Introduction: Here at CZ Property Services, we strive to make you property look its best, whether it be from the perfectly maintained lawn with stripes and great edges or from a clean house with shiny windows.
We are a full-service lawn care, snow removal and pressure washing company. We provide customers with lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizer, weed control (chemically or organic), flower bed maintenance, concrete edging, hedge trimming, plant/shrub removal and installation and more.
For snow removal, we offer plowing, blowing, shoveling, loader services, hauling, salt spreading, sand spreading and liquid ice control. On the pressure washing side, we do house washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, rust removal, roof cleaning. and lots more.

Owner gave an estimate and then still charged for demolition when my family and tractor took the majority of the retaining wall down. Tried to contact him and now he wont respond or talk to me. He tried to cut corners and costs even tho it was on the estimate.
