After driving two days, we arrived from New York almost close to midnight and needed to sign a land contract so we can move in to the house we were purchasing without having to check into a hotel. And the sellers were leaving for out of state the next day. A local person told us about Mark. Instead of us driving to Mark's location with our big Uhaul truck, he drove an hour to us in Washington, and got all the documents signed between the Sellers and us by 1:30 a.m. We don't know what we would have done if this notarial service wasn't available, because we were late for the appointed time with the sellers and their flight was early in the morning the next day, so we couldn't have consummated the transaction. Thank you, Mark, for the invaluable service you performed.
