- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Customer and I usually come to an agreement after We have met and discussed fees depending on hourly or a flat rate. I am flexible and I go with the Customers idea
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
However The Customer is most comfortable! Many times it is through messaging only, and to other Customers a phone call is more appropriate, that is always good too. I let the Customer make the decision if they want me to clean right away or view the residence first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up to date on gentle, and effective natural ways to clean and maintain household appliances, items, and furniture etc. I have been a janitor, I owned a Restaurant which requires much deep cleaning, I have worked in detailing Automobiles for a Car Dealership - preparing trade ins for presentation on the lot. Through the years I have learned ways to be efficient such as getting to hard to reach or small etc. places
