I was charged $250 for a 1 deep clean and 1 regular cleaning. On the first visit she left before completing the job. She missed our bathroom on the main level, she didn't vacuum the stairs, she didn't clean the bathroom floors, she didn't sweep or mop underneath our couches (which slide easily across the floor) and she didn't even clean the basement at all. She came back the next week and the result was basically the same. I feel I was taken advantage of and I am extremely disappointed with her effort.

After reading my review Gail offered to come back for another cleaning. We scheduled a time and date. She never showed. We scheduled a second time and date. She never showed. 2x she just never showed up. I have requested a refund, but she will not respond. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
