- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of the individual parts of a project have a set price, but certain custom items, or preparation work are estimated by the hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We communicate through phone or email about the basic needs of the customers project. 2. If we feel we can be of service, we arrange a time to see the project to give a more accurate bid of what the cost is. Occasionally, based on the project, a quote is given over the phone 3. An estimate is emailed to you 4. Depending on scope of work, a deposit may be requested, usually no more than 30% of the estimate and scheduling of project is discussed. 5. Start and finish project in a reasonable timeframe. We prefer to finish one project and go on to the next, devoting our time to your specific project as much as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have training certificatation from CTEF (Ceramic Tile Education Foundation), Schluter certification, CFI Certified
