Working with Andrea was the catalyst to the most important change I've made in my life thus far. I'd been underweight most of my life and have struggled with digestive issues since early adolescence. Having a healthy adult female in my life rooting me on and creating a sense of accountability in my life has been life changing. Andrea is a postive, strong, independent woman who sparks inspiration in everyone around her. She's incredibly professional, but it's friendly and comfortable to work with. When I made the goal to work on my physical functionality, she created a plan for me, and assured me that she would guide me along my journey. I was intimidated by the gym, especially being a very small woman, when I'm there it's like it's just her and I, and gave me the strength to be in that environment on my own. She's very knowledgeable about form, necessary repetition, and nutritional requirements. Andreas prices are very acceptable especially for a one on one personal training. She is great at balancing pushing you to your limit while being considerate of your emotional needs. Exercising creates a domino affect for so many healthy changes in your life, and she makes that first step manageable. I would recommend her work to anyone seeking better life functionality. She has helped supply me with so much information about lifting and eating correctly. I have been using her workout schedule that she personally made for me and I love it. I just started her meal plan and it has so much information in it and is easy to use, so I am excited! She is easy to contact and also a bonus that she has a fun psrsonality!Feb 11, 2019
Andrea is a rockstar! Deeply knowledgeable on everything from workouts to to technique to nutrition. She developed a routine uniquely tailored to my work out goals and pushed me to get results (including one time I needed a super tailored work out while on crutches recovering from a surgery). Andrea takes time to listen to goals and educates the client about the depth of work needed inside and outside of the gym to get real results. She is upfront, honest, and professional about accountibility and provides all the necessary tools and knowledge in order to get healthier. Working out is not a stressful activity with her program and attitude is very easy to get along with, without any sense of intimidation or anxiety about stepping into a new world if you're a beginner. She is a very serious coach though and demands that you show up and give 100% on your end because she certainly does in the effort of trying to provide the best possible experience for a client no matter the level of fitness.Feb 8, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies based upon differing services. Examples are personal training sessions, online individualized programming, online nutrition/meal planning, health coaching, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet with the potential client and get a feel for their desires. It can be a phone call as well. This way we get to know one another, and I can make a plan that is made specifically for you and your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist. I also have a coaching license in the state of Iowa, and work as a burn nurse (BSN).
