- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are project based, which means we give you a detailed and accurate estimate ahead of time so you know exactly what your new website will cost before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually schedule a face-to-face meeting during which we have a chat to determine whether or not we're a good fit. We look for jobs that play to our strengths and we'll tell you if we're not the right person to build your website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly learning - from experimenting to new platforms and code languages, to trying out new forms of design. I have a BA in English, a BFA in fine art, and a lifelong practical knowledge of hardware, computing, and programming.
