Ruben arrived promptly when he said he would, and since I live in a condo it was very difficult to figure out which dryer duct was mine. After much careful inspection and handy work, he figured it out, and began clearing out the duct. My dryer originally took two 70 minute cycles to dry clothes(yuck!) and on the first night, he got a fair amount of lint out. Being dark, he came back the next morning to complete the job, on time just like he said he would. He was professional, courteous , and came back when I began having issues again the same morning(I had roughly 20 years of build up in my vents). He used a snake, and blew out the rest of the impacted lint, and now my dryer dries a load of bedding in 45 minutes! I would highly recommend Ruben for any work you are looking to have done, as he knows just what he's doing, and will not stop until the job is done right and you are happy. Will definitely use his services again.
