Great job! Originally had some concerns when communication was solely via e-mail. I would have liked at least one phone call (person-to-person) connection and verification, but I'm old and I like that stuff. The set-up and service was professional and we got all we were promised. My family from Chicago was impressed and said it was the best photo booth set up they've seen. They were recently at a "high-end" wedding for one of the Chicago Bears, and they said this photo booth was much better :) My only other suggestion is to have the DJ, or someone, announce that there is a photo booth and maybe announce reminders when it looks "slow". Many of our guests never knew it was there, so we have lots of photos of the same people having fun. We are thankful for that, just wish we had more since we may never have all these people together in one place again. It's a good idea to suggest this "announcement" idea to the event planner (or bride); anyone who planned a big event is usually running around trying to keep things smooth and they might not think of this. I only thought of it after we received the book of photos. Still...loved it all. The set-up and service at the event was great!
