I have been working out with Jim for that last 4 months. Even though we are in a class setting, he still works with us invidually to tweak our form. There is always a variety of exercises which are planned out for us. We all have our moments of laughter/joking which keeps it fun! Having just turned 40 yrs old, my metabolism has been jump started again. I am so excited to see that I have gained the muscle and lost inches on my body. I don't even care about the scale anymore! Most importantly the classes are super affordable...you just cannot get that level of service anywhere else. I highly recommend Jim for any of your fitness needs. You will not regret it.

Jim is an awesome personal trainer. Jim keeps his group classes small so you still get one on one personal training at a group rate. I never leave a class feeling like I didn't get a good workout. He is always adding new things to class to you never get board. I have lost over 30 lbs while still gaining muscle! I feel so much better and have no intentions of stopping now. I have no doubt that I will hit my goal working with Jim's Fitness & Nutrition.

Jim does a great workout. He has you do all kinds of different exercises, so its not the same routine and your still toning muscles up.

I have been working out for 7 months. Jim is an excellent personal trainer who encourage and challenges me to become healthier person. I have lost 10 pounds and gained muscle! Our routines vary day to day, so I never get bored. Jims Fitness and Nutrition is great place to workout.

I have been working out with Jim now for about 1 year. I have to say my experience with him has been great..I work out 3 times a week and he has many different exercises for us to do. When we are doing an exercise he watches to make sure we are in the right position and shows us how to do it correctly. He's a great motivator and keeps the workout class very upbeat..I like how Jim is always encouraging me and telling me that I can do it and keeps pushing me so I can reach my goal..
