Tony Agan was a blessing. He was able to help me out on many projects. He helped me gut my house in Monroe, IA and finish the remodle. We went from a house that I would not want to sell to my worst enemy to some thing that I would not mind living in myself. He also helped me build my deck on the back of my house. We extend the deck 37" and placed a hot tub on it. It has held up to everything. Thanks a million for the great work.

I hired Tony Agan to check out a faulty bathroom exhaust fan. He discovered that the exhaust medium in the attic was a flexible metallic tube similar to what's used for dryer vents and was way too long. As a result, the excess tube was laying on the insulation and water was sloshing around in the tube. He replaced the tube with a different material and properly vented the fan to the roof, eliminating the back pressure that was causing the fan to run noisy and ineffectively. He also discovered a moisture issue in the attic and recommended additional insulation be installed. I appreciated Tony's responsiveness, professionalism, and timeliness. He did what he promised and for a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him to others!

Tony remodeled a bathroom in our home. He did an absolutely wonderful job and the bathroom looks like brand new construction. We were very impressed with the level of craftsmanship. We chose Tony because he provided a competitive bid and provided great examples of his work. We will absolutely be using him again the next time we have a remodel project.
