I hired Beth to do a deep clean on a rental house my church congregation wanted to sell. We agreed to four hours and I gave Beth a priority list. She was able to get it all done in the time allotted and started working on additional areas that needed to be cleaned. It was amazing how much better the house looked and smelled after she was done. The dust bunnies were gone from the vents, the closets were dust and bug free, the bathrooms sparkled, and the kitchen looked like a new room. The real estate agent and our Church Council president were also pleased with the results.

Beth is amazing. We hired Beth to do a deep clean on our house. After coming back home and seeing the quality of her work, we quickly put ourselves on the list to be in her reoccurring cleanings. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a flat-rate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This seems to work better for the customer, as they know what they will be paying up front. Once in awhile it is necessary to start with an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients in their home. I brief them on my experience, then a discussion takes place regarding their needs & concerns. If they feel I can be of assistance, we take a tour & discuss what they would like to have done in each room. We then discuss pricing & proceed to scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always searching the internet for information when trouble shooting. I won't stop until I find a solution that works!
