- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is in a competitive range for the job type adjusted for the many variables: dependent on the job type & time requirements, size of job, time frame requirements, client expectations, travel, risks, my availability, # of people needed, etc., etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm contacted to look at a job, I meet the prospective client(s), review their job with them, give them details about me and how I work, I ask about their needs, priorities, and expectations, answer any initial questions they may have, I forward an estimate within a day generally, then we discuss questions via call, email, or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I painted with a professional painter many years before choosing to go into the business myself, and I regularly research new and existing coatings, equipment, and techniques.
