Roof Repair or Maintenance

I was very happy with the quality of the siding. It was much thicker than the previous siding that was on our home. Great care was taken to make sure that the scallops were placed evenly from the peak center. A very good quality house wrap and window tape was used under the siding. They even water tested to make sure my problem was diagnosed correctly in the beginning and that the siding replacement corrected the problem after the area of siding was replaced. Another contractor did not even go on top of the porch to diagnose the problem (he told me I needed to have the roof replaced which would not even have corrected the issue that was causing the outside porch to leak.) The job was a small job which took 2 weeks to special order the siding and 1 day for 2 men to complete. I will definitely call them again when the roof does actually need to be replaced!

Chandler was very nice and friendly, and his quote seemed reasonable. Then he disappeared on me and did not return any of my 6 voicemails and phone calls. Very disappointed that I have to start this process all over again.

In our research via Thumbtack, our in-house CRM as well as internal checks & balances we do not show a formal contact. Thumbtack is a great source to connect potential customers to businesses. By using Thumbtack potential customers need to understand that the businesses you are reaching out to do not have your information i.e. email, contact information, address etc. We have had cases where potential customers will call us, but not leave us with the proper information to call, email, text or simply stop by. In these cases our hands our tied as the potential customer has all the details about us yet we simply have voice mails with a first name and on occasions a last name. We will take this great review and work even harder to make sure we follow up on each and every quote we offer as information provided to us allows us to.
