Introduction: Our reviews speak for themselves, but with over 6 years of catering experience and a total of over 15 years in food service we are willing and able to take on most any challenge and succeed. We have successfully fed 600 people in 45 minutes a menu of a hamburger, potato salad, baked beans, cookies, bottled water, silverware and all condiments. These successes stand out along with tending to the small details of smaller scale events. We enjoy seeing people enjoying our products and referring future clients.

Adam catered our 40th Wedding Anniversary at the Grundy Center Community Center in June 2014. When we discussed our menu, Adam gave good suggestions and offered very affordable prices. He kept in contact before the event and provided delicious food and excellent service on our big day so that we could enjoy our guests. We received many compliments on the food and wouldn't hesitate to call Adam again for ourselves or refer friends to him.

I highly recommend using Butler Center Barbeque for your catering needs. Awesome food and fantastic service. We over ordered so the leftovers are an extra bonus, because they're still awesome two days later! All the worry of the food and cleanup was taken care of and the day went off without a hitch. We had great feedback from our event attendees and now from our office staff that get to enjoy the leftovers. I really appreciated the ease of working with Butler Center Barbeque and will definitely be reaching out for future events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we don't have a "go to menu". We are so adaptable and versatile in our capabilities that we couldn't possibly put everything on it. It would be confusing and making a decision would probably be impossible for our clients. We like to the get ideas from the client that they have in mind and build from there. Pairing side items and determining what is going to be feasible with their guests, timeline and environment presented by the venue.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate luncheons, weddings, graduations and fundraisers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In June of 2014 we fed 600 people through a single line in 40 minutes at a private event where the guests only had 1 hour to eat. We enjoyed the challenge.
