- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing that offers superb value for your dollars. Pricing is specifically based on each projects scope, length, editing etc. There are discounts available for first time customer. Please inquire upon initial request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to arrange an initial phone call or video meeting to dive into what you are looking for in your request and how we can best provide you the best experience possible. Striving for superb communication, follow up and customer centric for the entirety of the journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff including our CEO have majors in Cinema and Photography. They have a combined 30 years of total experience in many avenues of the photographic world. Our CEO is consistently training and learning to be a better manager, photographer and constantly growing as an overall person. The same goes for our staff who are offered ongoing training opportunities to be challenged and learn new subjects. All of us love the cinema, the arts, food, movies, music etc. This passion and love shows throughout all of our business, work and especially our new website.
