I hired Moovin and Groovin to pick up furniture at Homemakers and deliver it to Altoona for me. Their quote for the move was half of anyone else else who I'd gotten quotes from. They were able to do a same day move and met me at Homemakers right on time. Loaded up, and delivered the furniture to Altoona, and up into my apartment. They also took out my old furniture for me. They guys were great.... 100% professional, quick, nice and did a fantastic job for me. I was really happy! I'd recommend them to anyone doing a move!

I recently hired this company for some furniture moving. They were able to work with me and my schedule. They were quick and professional. We scheduled a move at 1PM and due to the previous move taking longer the appointment got pushed back to 1:30 PM. They were response and let us know about the schedule change as soon as they could. During the move a stair railing got scratched, and a couple pieces of furniture got hit against a wall. The owner apologized for the scratch and was willing to fix the scratch, but my family was able to cover the scratch so no repair was necessary. Fair and responsible prices. Overall great experience just a couple of hiccups.

Contacted these folks 2 days before move in (Strike 1) on the 1st of the month (Strike 2) and only needed one guy (Strike 3). They came through for us and got the job done. Our helper was on time (I was late 🤦‍♀️) and ready to go. The job was done expeditiously and professionally. They took care with every box and each piece of furniture. We are so pleased, wish we could give them more stars. Definitely recommend!

Hired movin’ & Groovin’ to move a full sized fridge from the garage to the basement and a small deep freezer from basement to garage. They were responsive to message through thumbtack and the price was reasonable. There was a schedule mistake but came within an hour of me contacting them. They also apologized for the mistake. They got the job done quickly and professionally. I’d hire them again!

My typical process with a new customer is first to verify location and contact information, after a price is negotiated and a quote is given we will call or text 24hrs before the sechuled move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being that Im a personal trainer by trade I give great attention to detail and proper lifting techniques. So basically we can lift very heavy things for long periods of time.
