Tanmoy was very easy to work with and guided me through the process. I told him what I wanted to be able to accomplish with the website. He discussed with me various options, pros and cons, and continually checked back with me during the website building. He was very open to my input. I love the end product, it is exactly what I wanted. There were some adjustments I found out I wanted as I worked with the site and he quickly made the tweaks. I received the original website a year ago and every few months, I discover something new/different I want it to do and he quickly changes/adjusts the website based on my request. It couldn't have been easier to work with Tanmoy. He responded to my requests promptly and professionally. Thank you, I love my website!

Wow! A very difficult circumstance involving a flaw in the Windows 7 image restore facility. I spent 25 years doing 2nd and 3rd level support in Novell and Windows server and desktop environments and I couldn’t figure it out.
I had a laptop hard-drive that failed. Sensing its approaching demise I used the Win 7 backup utility to create a backup image on an external drive. Win 7 image restore would not find the external drive nor the image files.
Tanmoy showed great patience and persistence following an organized pattern until he ultimately developed a solution and we successfully restored the image to the new replacement laptop hard-drive.
Tanmoy is very personable, listens and is non-judgmental. Heck, he even laughed at my jokes.
I was very impressed and I can highly recommend his services.

Very unique handyman. Does all your digital toys and devices, if you know it can all hook together but can't figure it out, call this guy. Excellent work.
