Unfortunately, after Venom PC took the computer for repair, my phone and printer went out for four days at the same time. Four days later all was repaired and the computer came back. They'd had no way to contact me and all my information about this company was in the gone computer. I am a writer, and had lost many of my writing files downloading Windows 10. Venom was able to find some of them, and the person who brought the computer back and I finally were able to find the rest - a 312 page book, screen plays, stage plays. What a relief. Mike fixed my daughter's laptop in just 2 days. He picked it up from my house and dropped it back when he was done with the repairs. For a very reasonable price, he installed a new hard drive and Windows 7 (I had 8 which was causing multiple problems). He even installed Microsoft Office, which is going to be quite handy for my high schooler next year. Dont waste your money going anywhere else.
